Role: Creative Lead
Phase 02
Colours
An R&D exploration of colour as a responsive system, where gradients, smears, and motion-driven treatments break free from form to create a more expressive space for visual experimentation.

Impact
Colour does not need to sit still, contained within form or object. This phase of R&D explores colour as a responsive system, drawn from rendered sequences and integrated directly into movement.
Gradients and smears extend beyond geometry, reinforcing direction, rhythm, and momentum within the frame. With less reliance on dense environments, colour becomes a primary tool for expression rather than decoration.
This opens up space for motion-led exploration, where blur, transition, and subtle colour behaviour guide perception instead of competing with it.
At its core, the work sits in the intersection between exploration and instinct, where ideas begin to resolve through timing, movement, and controlled abstraction.
As Creative Lead, the work was structured through clear timelines, milestones, and a progression framework that turned ambition into actionable direction while aligning the team around shared intent.
A strong team of problem-solvers and exploratory artists worked independently and collectively to anticipate issues and produce cohesive, considered output.
